About Us
Hi, we're Jacqui & Bryce!
We are a couple of chefs, residents of the North side, and great lovers of food. We can't wait to cook up some beautiful local food for you! Also pictured are Todd and Panini, who have been superb moral support throughout the arduous process of starting a business, but probably won't make many appearances on the food trailer.
We've been scouring the state for as many local products as we can find. Our only hope is that we can let the bounty that Montana has shine through in our food. It's not the most efficient, profitable or easiest way to source food, but we think it's worth it, and we hope you do too. Our goal is to let the ingredients speak for themselves through simple, fresh, tasty and interesting food that is energizing for the mid-day doldrums. We sure hope you'll come say hi and give it a try!
