There's no arguing that farmers, ranchers and producers are the backbone of the local economy and way of life here in Montana.  At Jackalope Provisions, we believe that there is no better way to honor our local farmers, ranchers and producers than by building our menu around the products they work so hard to provide.  It just makes sense.  Our menu looks a little different than most menus.  It changes every week, and you'll see lots of grains, pulses and legumes--Montana's biggest crops.  We can't get everything from Montana, but we are trying to make sure that our food dollars stay local whenever possible.  From vast ranches and rolling grain fields to small farms and greenhouses to our own garden and even microgreens and herbs growing on the airstream, we hope our little food trailer can showcase what Montana has to offer.
